I looked at the list that of the countries and made my pick by the places I would like to visit some day when I take a vacation. I thatn sent an email to establish contact with them I am waiting for a response from them, will also give them a call to follow up.
For part 2 of the assignment I looked at the organization list and chose from the ones that I heard of nad did not know too much about.
I too thought it would be nice to visit the people I have contacted. One of the people I have email is in Maine and I have always wished to go there. It would be very excited to go and visit and meet the people that inspried me in my this journey.

I like your idea about choosing countries where you hope to vacation some day. That's a neat idea! I based my countries on whether I knew someone in that country who could help me find a contact. I would love to visit those countries some day, though!
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to choose an early childhood organization that I was not already using as a resource. I am constantly trying to find new resources that will help me either in my job or with my courses. I am interested in the current issue of including Pre-K in the public school system, so I chose a site called pre [k] now that supports this cause. Their web site has a lot of great resources.
